American Coding School offers ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM /PCS online medical coding courses. Our classes give you the
freedom to work independently. You can learn coding in a coherent, unified process. By carefully building on previously introduced
material; medical coding is learned-not memorized.
Our ICD-10 courses are web-based / as well as instructor-led. Our curriculum teaches medical terminology, anatomy, pathology,
treatment of disease, procedural terminology AND ICD-10 CM and PCS coding. We use approved text books, documentation
examples, operative reports -all guided by an experienced, credentialed coding professional. Classes are delivered
through dependable Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft 365. The American Coding School on-line community has access to
blogs and monthly conferences. All coding subjects are structured with exams to assess and track progression.
